Do mostly newer players play G30/Classical?

I had this idea to use the Classical time control on Lichess for training games to separate their statistics rapid and blitz games where I play more casually, but so far none of my opponents have broken 1900. Do mid-tier players not play Classical? If they don't, then it seems G15+10 is a better time control, and I'll just have to separate the training games from casual games by hand.

There are usually some 1900+ players in those. And then there is also www.lichess4545.com/team4545/ and www.lichess4545.com/lonewolf/
