Dgt board without pieces

Hello

Can i use a dgt board to play on lichess with the plastic standard pieces i have now ? I only have to buy a board ? Saves me money and i can buy dgt pieces later this year !?

Yes you can just click your profile then style of pieces and choose the one you want

No, you need special pieces with an electromagnetical sensor/coil in it. The DGT boards are not touch sensitive.
