has any body subscribed to other chess website and found the ratings are softer /harder than lichess
The absolute values don‘t really matter. A difference of 200 means 80% winning percentage, 400 means 90%.
The systems are closed and not really comparable. Speaking of absolute numbers lichess belongs to „highest“ on the market all in all compared to other online and offline ratings.

I speak for my own experience:
Lichess - was hard to achieve 2000 in bullet and blitz
Chess com - almost impossible for me to achieve 2000 in bullet, even harder in blitz... my best in bullet there was around 1800, blitz don't remember, probably 1700-1800
Chess24 - bullet over 2000 very easy, to reach blitz 2000 I would say easier than on Lichess
So most inflated would be Chess 24...
