Sure, but the reason I stopped playing classical on these chess sites is because if your opponent blunders, he'll just leave mid game. Whereas if you blunder, your opponent will start taking several minutes to make even the simplest of moves. I mainly play 1+0 because it gets past this difficulty. If either player makes a mistake or blunders he can still hope to win on time if the other player is trying to savor his win. Also play some 3+0, getting more into 3+2, and used to play 5+0. More than that and I'll put the time limits on max and get someone who thinks it's all a joke. But sure, if you want to play classical no one's stopping you.
