Can someone please tell me about flagging? I know that it is about time but not much else. Sorry if this is spam!

It is when your opponent has only a few seconds left and you play really quickly to win on time, I think.
Flagging is resigning right?
It is a white flag
Apparently older chess clocks had a "flag" or a physical entity that would fall when time is up, hence the term "flagging".
it just means if you win on time, you "flagged" your opponent i think

Flagging is something that many people consider "Bad-sportsmanship".

Not exactly, flagging is more like "I made moves with the intention to make your time go to 0, and it worked".
So pretty much just playing extremely quickly to run out their time

Yes, and also doing a lot of "Dirty tricks" as people like to call them, like giving a lot of checks, threatening pieces when your opponent is in time-trouble and (probably) pre-moves, so you can take the pieces, etc.
like its you do game on 3 hours someone joins in it and you wait while he will leave or resign
thats i think flagging
