Seems to work alright, looks smooth. Sizing and proportions are more than a bit absurd. Overall so far mildly prefer the old version but I can live with this I suppose
I also agree with many people here that the site is too wide. I feel like the place where the username is should be close to the center.
This new design is absolutely terrible, tons of unused space on the left and right, and worst of all the chessboard resolution is now in the gutter.
This new design is absolutely better, tons of improvements and best of all the new look.
