Be a sport and accept a takeback or two ---to before the blunder.

The OP is the well known troll.
I won't mention the name.
Signed up yesterday. Don't bother responding.
"Resigning is like taking back all the moves to the starting position." Only if a rematch then ensues. The benefit is being able to save the PGN (unless there is a simple way to do this mid-round prior to conclusion that I am not aware of).

I totally agree that running clock down instead of resigning is rude. For longer timecontrols on other sites they utilize an auto-resign via abandon, which presumably they do on lichess too.
@mdinnerspace

As a matter of fact I did sign up specifically to post this topic because I feel strongly enough about it. This does not make me a 'troll', but the fact that you choose to label me as such automatically speaks to your own pissy attitude.
The OP signed up yesterday, played 2 casual games and is already the "expert". He has many accounts here, same as elsewhere.
Seeks discourse, nothing more.
Hello 2Q1C
Your addiction to multiple accounts, starting these threads to create discourse, will be the end of you here.
I play primarily on my phone not linked to an account. I created this account solely to post this topic. The only reason I did play two rounds was to see if that would allow me to post, which evidently it did.
"requesting more than 1 takeback is not something i would allow"

Hopefully you would deny outright in the event of an obvious blunder that your opponent made overlooking a tactic (rather than accept then deny the second request). Explaining that briedly in text in the game would also suffice.
"Your addiction to multiple accounts, starting these threads to create discourse, will be the end of you here"

Oh brother.

Why not contribute to this discussion (*gasp* partake in discourse on an internet forum!) instead of just lamely calling me a multi-account troll (with no evidence to back this assertion).
Sure thing 2Q1C. You are as transparent as glass. The same signature everywhere you go. C Ya
Instead of laughing off my assertation (what's it to you?), you jump right to a denial.
Lawyers have a great saying, "The guilty are always the 1st at denial".
Mods can reference the OP's account to NeverBeenTimid, who has openly proclaimed he is 2Q1C, who is permanently banned from chess.com for the abuse of creating 1000's of threads. Mod's there are busy on a daily basis deleting his new accounts, many sleeper accounts from years past included.
