who been written bad words in a game?

Usually strong players use bad words in a game when they lose.
If you hover your mouse over the offending words in the chat, a little symbol pops up which you can click on to report them.
If i report someone who abused me for loosing, do i get a notification that something has been done to the user or any action taken like warning?, cos i have reported some abusers and never gotten the notifications so i dont know if actions were taken, report not yet reached or simply ignored
One may get a notification if the user is marked - no name mentioned, otherwise, no.
