Am i good at chess now???

In a word, No. Sorry. Play 10,000 games, get to 2000+ and only then you will be 'average', not good.
to be good at chess you need to be good at classical and rapid chess. Blitz ratings depend too much or your computer setup and internet connection (and state of mind) to be reliable. Same for bullet games xD
you are usually considered good at chess above 1900 among the community and above 1300-1400 for the general population (because only at that rating you can win each time against new and casual players no matter your fatigue and simultaneous games played. Even if you blunder a piece, you still would win at the end)

blitz and bullet ratings are just proof you have solid knowledge of all kinds of positions and a flexible mind.
@rickrenegade that's ridiculous. 2000+ is like 98th percentile among chess players (lichess.org/stat/rating/distribution/classical). 98th percentile good is more than just "good"...more like "great" at chess...maybe even "excellent"...(but not professional or legendary status). If I have to be better than 98% of people before I can say I am good at something, then does my mom have to be better than 98% of cooks before I cay say she's a good cook?

I think that @VertSangBleu is much more on point here, but I still think 1900 is high (96th percentile). I think it is reasonable to say it's somewhere between 1500 (60th percentile) and 1700 (80th percentile). 1425 is average among chess players, so "good" has to be above that. I also agree that Bullet and Blitz are not that best measures of chess skill. Now, among the general population, it's probably closer to 1200 or 1300-1400 as @VertSangBleu suggested.
@spyhunter357 Being good in chess means not being the lowest rated player. As long as you are rated above 800, you are good.
I consider anything under 2000 as mediocre, 2000-2400 as good to very good, and above 2400 as excellent.
@nayf
Rating is not the only way to measure strength. Some players reach 3000 rating here by only playing very weak players and winning all the time. Rating can be used to compare players of similar strength only if the players play opponents of similar strength, not who spend more time beating more beginners.

For example, please look at this 3018 rated bullet player. With such rating, he should be among best in the world. Now, take a look on the ratings of the opponents he beat to get the 3018 bullet rating.
