Winawer 4.Nge2. Less theory, yet underrated

One of my oldest pet lines. Relatively easy to learn and much easier to understand compared to the high-end stuff.

@turkiyem021 confirmed. Ne2 because the knight on c3 is pinned. Altough, I could see throwing in the "g" for clarity.

Most books including Informant and ChessBase use 4. Nge2. Just sayin‘.

Fair enough.

Easy solution: play 1. d4.

Wait, i just found some Nbd2 stuff in Petroff, so just Najdorf left ...

...And found something against Najdorf. 1.e4 restored. Thanks a ton :-)
