Was this game a draw?

In the book, logical chess, it says that Black won by resignation as White has no scope of play...But isn't Bxf7+ drawish? Did von Scheve miss this idea?
(P.S: Telling this from pure instinct)

this game is not a draw it is plus for black 1.0
