Hi everybody, I was playing a game as white and couldn't find ideas to improve my position in this exact position

Well, I can tell you a lot of stuff, but as I am a bit busy. I will give you a short and sweet plan for how you can proceed.
In these kinds of positions, you should try to get h3 and f4.
To do this, you have to move the knight on f3, for which you have to unpin it. Personally, I think Qc2 is pretty good. But engine prefers Qd3, so you can play that too. After that you have should play Nd2, h3 Kh2, and If your opponent allows, then you should go for f4, if there is something else going on the board, then take care of it that as you can play f4 any time.
Some people like to play h3, Nh2 but that's a bad idea as per me, as why would you want to take your knight to the edge of the board rather keep it in center with Nd2.
