How do you assess this typical Sicilian position?

White should win with perfect play. But there is a lot of endgame to finish.
Jonathan Rowson, 7 deadly chess sins, "Blinking"

(sorry, I had made up similar positions to evaluate. This one indeed stems from Rowson)

The chapter in Rowson's book is very revealing. White "stands" better (statically I would add) but the position is extremely hard to improve. Black is fine, although he should never swap a Knight on d5 and let White stick with the superfluous Knight (both are well-placed on d5). Black has the better dynamic possibilties.

So in a certain sense both positions are good^^
