he took My rook, I took his 2 rooks

That was so cool, while he thought he would win right away by taking My rook, but he lost 2 instead. Any review of this Game? how could I take benefits from the start, not beign into trouble in the beginning?

Also take a look of this game too, any ideas , how to make it better , except SF suggests?
