Yes, you'll win after 27. ...f1=R 28. Bf3 Rxf3 29. exf3
I'm not an expert, but promoting to a rook seems to work quite well.
This is not a simple position. Why would you resign ?
Thanks Crafty, damn, didn't think about the rook. I didn't resign, I went with promoting to bishop and got promptly annihilated :(

White should have played 27. c4 only then he would have won in all variations.
too many blunders and missed forced wins
Just one thing, if white opens like that, the best countermove is Ng6 (IMHO)
