A great game where a 1200 beats a 1600

Takes a lot of value to show your loss and value your opponent, props to you
Suspicious. In a game last Sunday, this happened http://prnt.sc/8wf2r5

A player could not simply go from that level of play to perfect play vs an even higher rated player within a week.
In symmetrical or, "drawish" positions, it's quite hard the engine detect an inaccurancy because logical moves tend to be "forced"; the game does not enter in hard positions.
I think you over estimate 1200s, Dr-Zaitzev. For someone at this level, the game shown is... remarkable, to say the least.
@Toutatis.

Well, he has another accurate game:

Maybe with a mistake.

1. Engines does not mistakes.
2. If he were using an engine, he only used it in one game.
3. If he was using an engine, it matches with his move time, which is quite regular.
4. His move time is quite irregular on other games, even domining it absolutely. (http://es.lichess.org/lfXM1GrZ#17)

He's not a cheater, and if he is, he only cheated in the game attached.
Moves were pretty natural and position not too hard to play for white. And what why would a cheater have 1200 rating lmao.
In the given game, he's definitely cheating. Constant move time, 0-0-0, and with a 1200 rating.

#9 He probably just cheated that game.
