From 36. till 42. move position has been repatead 6. times and it's not a draw, why ?
One player must claim the draw. If neither player claims the draw, play goes on.
Since when ? In many parties not even 3-peat is enough for draw.
FIDE Laws of Chess
"9.2.1 The game is drawn, upon a correct claim by a player having the move, when the same position for at least the third time (not necessarily by a repetition of moves): 9.2.1.1 is about to appear, if he first writes his move, which cannot be changed, on his scoresheet and declares to the arbiter his intention to make this move, or 9.2.1.2 has just appeared, and the player claiming the draw has the move. "
No claim, no draw.
and this is draw...just an example why we from eastern europe can't achieve much more points...
Ok, but 3x repetition in move 64, 67, 69 in an equal position. Can you explain your point?
my point is that someone was supervising 1. party in this post and disabling draw...my point is that many cheaters are allowed iff they are winning against someone from eastern europe...
I don't know if you realize that your opponent (wcrf) is from

...Russia.

Whoopsie.
