Brand new gambit against the Philidor Defence:
- e4 e5 2. Nf3 d6 3. d4 exd4 4. Bf4
(if black don't go c5, we are good, if they go c5, they need to know what are they doing (they will not because it's a brand new gambit))

g6 seems like a very problematic response to deal with White, against Nf3 black can get a better version of the endgame, cuz of the bishop already on f4, against Nc3 Bg7 Nf3 Black can go e5 anyway, due to d4-Qa5+ defending the pawn tactically

The problem is that Black is by no means forced to capture on d3. 4. Nc3-Nd7 and e5 and Black is already better.

You caught my interest, especially because I can switch between more gambits against the Caro. Thanks

already well known gambit except the guy played Bg5 instead to stop black pushing his E pawn . which black responded with Qa5 and the game continued
