  27. mkubecek Right now the biggest problem is to keep playing the level I'm able to when I focus and not to throw it all away in one weak moment.

  29. MEGALODON777hs I get help sometimes from gm melkumyan and he was adamant that fitness is one of the keys to focusing for a long time

  32. mkubecek I don't have problem to play a 4-5 hour game but being more fit would surely help.
