BOT zeekat

Engine accepting rated and casual challenges, from 1/2+0 to 60+30, correspondence up to 7 days per move (zeekat will use max 20 seconds). Uses the Titans opening book (up to 6 moves).

Written in Rust, running on a Hetzner CPX11 instance. Bot API integration using github.com/ShailChoksi/lichess-bot.
