My journey began when I lost to my grandpa and pretended to be a good sport. Once I beat him, it was clear that I had what it took to become a strong player.
I was the first student in the history of walnut hills high school to win the scholastic chess series.
I hope to use chess as a vehicle for personal development and self knowledge. My dream is to support myself by doing what I love.
