2- Sit down and analyse your weaknesses and strengths. Write it down on the paper
3- Try to build a changing approach. Be ready to change yourself. Even sometimes in 180 degrees
4- Work on your openings. Find your playing style and choose openings accordingly
5- Create simple opening files by yourself from scratch or by taking help from some courses
6- Work on calculation and understanding. Try to work on decision making by watching top level games and analyzing with engine
7- Do Calculation and Attack and defense by Aagaard
8- Do Perfect Your Chess by Volotekin
9- Do Endgame Strategy book by Shereshevesky
10- Do Pawn endgame and rook endgames from Dvoretsky
11- Build a habit of analyzing OTB games in a same week after finishing tournament
