RDTChessBot — 10.9M-parameter CNN trained from scratch on a GTX 1080 Ti.
No Stockfish, no fine-tuning, no search — just ~7 ms inference and pure argmax.
Trained on 5.5M human Lichess games (1800+ Elo), ~400M positions, in 12h54.
