Chess Scotland Rating 1421. Not a great blitz player so this is the site for me, isn't it? ;) I could tell you about my favourite openings but then I'd have to work out what they are. I'm a bit of a Gambit player; used to play the Duras Gambit at tournament level - back when it was called the Fred defence. Simpler times. Generally I like sharp, attacking games, even if my calculation skills are lacking. I'm very good at throwing away wins, but on the plus side, I rarely have boring games.
