I showed him that he needed to agree, but he did not listen and continued the game with the words: "Now I'm going to tear him up." He blundered a piece and lost. It is a very vivid demonstration that the team wins, not the individual player. After that day, I realized that leadership is a very important skill for a captain. But we never got another chance to win as a team.
