Got a similar line vs the Kan Variaton?

I wish. Kan is one of the reasons I'm heavily considering switching to 2. Nc3. Against Kan I play 5. a3 which after 5... Nf6 6. Nc3 transposes to some taimanov positions, after 5... b5 there is this funny looking 6. a4, but sadly after 5... Qc7 I haven't found anything better than the boring 6. c4 :/

Ok, right now I just go with the standard Bd3/Qe2/0-0/f4 plan, however it's becoming boring. After 2.Nc3, which I played for a long time, 2...e6 is gonna be annoying as well, because Black just neutralizes the Grand Prix here and after 3.Nf3 you're being forced into some semi-sound g3 Gambit lines against Kan setups. I just hate these e6 lines in general :) Thanks for your insights!

  1. e4 c5 2. Nc3 e6 3. d4 cxd4 4. Qxd4 Nc6 5. Qd3 Nf6 6. Bf4 Bb4 7. Ne2 d5? 8. O-O-O dxe4 9. Qxd8+ Nxd8 10. Nb5 O-O 11. Nc7 Rb8 12. Nxe6 Bxe6 13. Bxb8
    I remember looking at Nc3-d4 against all Sicilians, and I think it works best against e6. I think this line is very cool and fun, also an interesting idea I've found: 1. e4 c5 2. Nc3 e6 3. d4 cxd4 4. Qxd4 Nc6 5. Qd3 Nf6 6. Bf4 a6 7. O-O-O Be7 8. Be2 O-O 9. Qg3 with Be2 controlling Nh5

I really like 5.Qd3, always thought Qe3 is the only option but that was silly of me :D. 3.d4 actually seems worth a shot, you found some cool ideas there!
