Avoiding frivolous activities to focus on our goals plagued humans for thousands of years.
Rich or poor, we all have the same amount of time.

Especially in the western world, lack of motivation and goals for the young generation is a huge issue.
Look at the biography's of the greats these days, in sports, in business, whatever. They all wanted it more than anything. Noone just accidentally achieve their successes.
Yeah and very useful seeing how many of us are wealthy beyond tolerance and have to deal with it somehow.
