Participation Guidelines:
Participants must register using their real full name and include their valid Lichess username. The username must match the one used during tournament play. All players are expected to be in the tournament lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start.

Fair Play Policy:
Strict fair play protocols will be enforced. The use of chess engines, assistance from others, or any form of outside help is strictly prohibited. Lichess’s anti-cheating system and manual review will be used to ensure integrity. Violations will result in disqualification without refund.

Technical Requirements:
Each participant is responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and a functioning device. Organizers will not be liable for disconnections or time losses due to technical issues.

Arena Tournament Rules:
Arena mode uses continuous pairings. Players finishing early will be re-paired quickly. Features like berserk mode and streak bonuses may be enabled based on final settings.

Conduct and Discipline:
Respectful behavior and sportsmanship are expected at all times. Offensive language, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate usernames will result in immediate disqualification. All decisions by the organizing committee are final.

Miscellaneous:
Official communication will be conducted through email and the DRMC Math Club’s Facebook page. The schedule is subject to adjustments based on participant volume or other logistical factors. By registering, participants agree to comply with all event rules and decisions made by the organizing committee.
