Harvey's Chess Pub

Harvey's Chess Pub - a place for weirdos who like to play swiss tournaments with increment time controls and elo cap (≤1800 Blitz, ≤2000 Rapid, ≤2100 Classical, ≤1800 Chess960).

5-6 Swiss tournaments each week at 22:22 CE(S)T (and 5-6 arena team battles each month) with time controls along the lines of 5+4, 10+5, 15+10, and 20+10.

All games are rated, so play with sportsmanship - if you join a tournament early, but cannot play, please remember that Lichess pairs you in Swiss tournaments even if you're not online, so please make sure, you show up - in case you can't play, you are requested to withdraw before the tournament starts - this also applies if you leave the tournament - otherwise your opponent just waits for you until your time runs out.

Players who repeatedly join early and don't show up or don't withdraw after leaving the tournament - and therefore let their opponents wait - will be removed from the team.

• Monday: Classical Swiss, 3 rounds 20+10
• Tuesday: Rapid Swiss, 5 rounds 10+5
• Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: Chess960, rotating 6 rounds 7+5, 5 rounds 10+5, and 4 rounds 15+10
• Thursday: Blitz Swiss, 7 rounds 5+4
• Friday: Monthly Classical Championship, 10+ rounds 30+20 (one round every 2 days)
