This team is founded and managed by Rijowan Chowdhury, the Game Management Secretary of CIDCRC, who leads our initiatives in chess learning, tournaments, and overall club development.

Here’s what we do:

For beginners: If you’re new to chess or don’t feel confident yet, don’t worry! You can learn directly from Rijovan Chowdhury through friendly guidance, practice games, and improvement tips. Everyone starts somewhere — and we’re here to help you improve at your own pace.

For experienced players: Those who already play at an intermediate or advanced level — whether in rapid, blitz, or bullet — can participate in our regular online tournaments hosted by the team.

Events & announcements: Tournament dates, practice sessions, and special activities are regularly announced in our official WhatsApp group, so members always stay informed and involved.

Our goal is simple — to create a strong, respectful, and motivated community of Rouf College players who enjoy chess, support one another, and grow together through every move.
