ELIGIBILITY:

*Open to all Filipino chess players BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES, Titled and Non-Titled.
*Rating will be based in Lichess Rating.

FORMAT:

1. LINK PLATFORM:
*The Lichess Platform shall be used in Online Event

2. SYSTEM & RATE OF PLAY:
*Shall be played in Nine (9) Rounds Swiss System
*Time control will be Five (5) Minutes Plus Two(2) Seconds Increment

3. OTHER THAN LICHESS RULES:
The officiating team will be checking the participants in online zoom.
Warning for forfeiture of game if found and checked with human assistance.

4. ZOOM CAMERA:
*Required One (1) Zoom Camera in SIDE POSITION is required. Players must not use Zoom virtual background & need to rename your Zoom name. Officials will check your side position zoom cam.

5. RESTROOM:
Going to the restroom will be considered after the game is finished.

6. DRESS CODE:
Always wear decent clothes during the zoom game in progress. No wearing of sandos.

Please request your household to maintain a quiet or lesser background noise during the tournament.

9. DRAW.
No draw offers must be made in less than twenty (20) moves. There will be no score of both paired players for not- complying this rule.

10. FINAL DECISION
Any finding or remarks of Lichess is subject for evaluation of officiating committee.
The decision of the Tournament Officials is final.
