1) If we find a cheater, that player will be not be Eligible for Prize List. Also Banned Lichess Accounts from lichess will also be not eligible for prizes.

2) The anti cheating committee has full rights to remove a suspicious player from prize list even if the lichess account of that player in NOT BANNED.

3) Decision of the Chief Arbiter / Organising Team / Anti-Cheating committee's decision will be final and binding on all.

4) Lichess Rating will be considered while distributing Rating Category Prizes

5) Tournament organisers will not be responsible for any issues caused by the player's unawareness or technical issues.

This tournament is not organized by Lichess.
If it has prizes, Lichess is not responsible for paying them.
