My account has been unfairly banned for playing with the help of a computer, but this is false. I have sent many emails to contact@lichess.org and I have not received any response. I would like to know what I can do

lichess.org/qa/258/all-about-cheating-questions-and-answers number 7 should suggest the correct process is to use lichess.org/contact (which it sounds like you have been doing).

Liar. I checked a game of yours and it is clear you get computer help. You play bad moves on purpose, blunders no 1700 would make, and then follow the top line from the engine for 5 moves, then make a "mistake". Disgraceful.
