Is it legal to create an unrated engine tournament (where all participants MUST play with engines)?

I don't think this has been done yet, but with the creation of bot accounts, there could be a possibility. Could lead to someone reporting your accounts, though.

Theoretically, I doubt it would violate rules since with casual, you are allowed to use an engine if your opponents know you are using one: lichess.org/qa/258/all-about-cheating-questions-and-answers (question 2)
