Are the games that we import included to the masters database of analysis board?

For example, if I import a Magnus Calrsen's game, will it be available in the database for everyone to see in the opening explorer or only the games that lichess imports are available?

No. The masters database was curated by an especially helpful member of lichess. User imported games are not included in it (otherwise people could mess it up by importing random games and sticking Carlsen's name on it)
