Contact information to play matches

How would you like to be contacted about your matches and when will you most likely be able to play? Participants can post here or send a message to their opponents and/or Ajile.

A) The opponent can challenge me according to the game stipulated in the rules whenever I am online, not needing any previous message. I accept as the championship game the first game made in each round game.

B) The opponent may send me a message (or have here his schedule) with the days and times -- UTC -- available to him, and I will do my best to be reconciled with these dates. In this case I will contact the opponent to schedule a specific date, and on that date I will wait for the confirmation and the game at least for 30 minutes; I will do this for a maximum of two times in every game of the round.

C) I will try to stay online each day of the championship, perhaps with more probability and time on mornings and evenings UTC.

D) If A) or B) do not happen I will assume that the opponent is not available, and I will wait for his availability within my times and availabilities.

E) If I can challenge the opponent at any time, I'll do it as soon as I'm online.

F) I assume that the opponent is aware of this position of mine.

Clarifying item E): I challenge the opponent IF I know he accepts something like my item A).

Should these all have the same structure? If not, here is mine:
Most of the time my bot will only accept games from friends, I will try as soon as possible after the pairings are released to add you to the friends list.
Though please contact me when you want to play the match so that I can watch. Also note that my bot might take a long time already for the first move so please consider temporarily changing the abort time to something like 300 seconds.

They don't need to have the same structure. Anything you post here can be helpful for your opponents.

I'm usually online from 8:00 to 20:00 UTC. My bot does not normally accept classical challenges, so the opponents are advised to contact me in advance so that we can arrange the match date and time.

I prefer contacting my opponents early on so we can choose a time (also often between 8:00 and 20:00 UTC) and date that's convenient for both of us. I'm near my computer during the entire match. I normally don't play rated games, but I change those settings before the match starts.

I don't mind being contacted or contacting the opponent.

I prefer playing between 13:00-23:00 UTC. I don't usually accept Classical challenges so I prefer being notified before being challenged so I can make the adjustments.
