Expectation is for another announcement on Sunday 15th August to clarify the Candidates draw, any rules and the schedule ahead. Aim would be to see first round matches being completed by Sunday 22nd August, with one round proceeding per week. This is just one week later than the original tournament schedule drafted here:
lichess.org/forum/team-crazyhouse-world-championship/crazyhouse-world-championship-2021-tournament-schedule

The projected date is Sunday 7th November for the winner of the Candidates round robin to be determined. This player will be the challenger that competes against defending champion Jasugi99 in the Crazyhouse World Championship Final of 2021, which would be scheduled to commence Sunday 14th November.

As always, there's usually some flexibility required to get all Candidates matches completed. More will follow in the next announcement. Looking forward to the next stage of the event!
Is there a way to know who will be commentating/streaming the games when they are played?
Join the house discord server discord.gg/6xCmtzFm and an admin can give you or you can choose #crazyhouse role in #role-assignment and CWC notification role to notify lichess and any stream links when a match starts. The other way is to follow the streamers on Twitch and turn on notifications.

I did most of the double elimination streams but Kleerkast is likely to be the main streamer of the Candidates. Hopefully other strong players start streaming too.

Just follow the usual suspects on Twitch, innit.
Hooray, the most interesting thing begins :D
Can't wait to run odds in the house discord for this. Hooray.
Jann's official announcement re: Candidates rules and pairings will be done, hopefully live on Jann's announcement stream. But since this hasn't happened already here's a partial leak:

Jann plans to do a live draw of the Candidates. This will determine both the order in the round robin table as well as the order of the pairings (one pairing per week starting this week).

Players may play as many matches ahead of schedule as they like.

Players may not fall more than 3 matches behind.

The winner of the Candidates is the player with the most game points after all matches.

Tiebreak rules will also be clarified by Jann in his live stream this week.
Verifying that okei's words above are true! Sorry I'm behind schedule. Work has been busy. Will get things going soon!
@doganswer make sure you are following all the other Candidates Jann listed above so they can message you to arrange matches.

You are a bit of a mystery player so it would be good also for Jann to hear more from you (in case you haven't been in touch already) so he can introduce you in his Candidates announcement video.

Candidates can already start scheduling ahead of schedule if they are keen to play already with another Candidate but the official pairings for Week 1 are still to be announced.
