I don't really know how to get into a team but if anyone would take me in, I'd be interested.

Random idea, but how about making teams, so that each team has to have a player from a certain range? Say less than 1500, 1500-1700, 1700-2000 etc. If the idea is to make crazyhouse more popular this would mean more players would be involved and that higher level players would most likely mentor the players on their team, so overall increasing the skill of all the participants of the tournament.
