Hi @the-lone-wolf, @PepsiNGaming, and whoever else is in charge here...

Before we reach too late in the tournament, can we clarify exactly how the top 8 candidates will be decided from the bracket? Since it is a double-elimination bracket I presume making the quarterfinals alone does not qualify you, but rather that the winner and the last 7 other players to lose twice are in? After backtracking through the Losers' bracket it therefore seems (if I am not mistaken) that reaching either the Semifinals or Losers Round 5 should guarantee you a spot in the final 8. And thus, there is no point in playing these or any subsequent rounds, correct?
@MagnusXL Of what I believe I think how it works is that if you lose before you make it to round 4 you must get to round 4 in the losing brackets I think. So if you lose you will still have a chance. But idk for sure, you must consult Wolf.
@MagnusXL 4 players will get into the candidates from the winning bracket and 4 players from the losing bracket (so the subsequent rounds won't be played, correct: I used challonge just for easiness but that will only be used until Round 4 in the winners bracket and round 5 in the losers bracket)
