Hi all,
I have always struggled with keeping track of multi capture tactics.
This puzzle (lichess.org/training/63874) triggered the following idea for me:
If I take a piece - add piece value
If my opponent takes a piece - subtract piece value
Piece values: Q=9 R=5 B=3 N=3 P=1
In the puzzle this gives the following sequence:
+3 / 0 / +3 / -6 / +3 / 0 / +5 / +2 / +5 / +2
What do you guys & gals think? Do you use this yourself? Would you use this yourselves?
Enjoy, cheers,
Chris
