If you're not a titled player, people will assume you're just salty.

actually i reported quite a lot of players succesfully but i do not think this is typical cheater behaviour. He plays some bad moves. He thinks long for the winnning move this can be calculated.
Rossen is forcing him to play good and makes bad blunder with 0-0 what was he thinking with that move.

This is an important point. A GM or IM title isn't something you get by accident or because you were lucky to be born into the right family. Those people have played and analyzed tons of games and have a lot of experience so that they have much better sense what to expect, what feels normal and what feels weird. Thus if someone like that feels the way their opponent plays does not feel right, it deserves to be taken more seriously than if a 2000 lichess rated player says so. Not because they are famous but because of their expertise.

Being a GM does not mean you can not be a sore loser. GM Kamsky accuses his opponents of cheating very often, mostly unjustified. Even if he wins he sometimes says they have cheated which is not very logical.
It makes me wonder if you only get banned when reported.
Personally I would ban every person who reports anyone.

I would like to point out that I said "deserves to be taken more seriously", not "must be true and doesn't need to be checked".

I can imagine that a player can be cheating and still lose. By which I'm not saying this was the case in the specific case(s) you saw.

If they stop cheating during the game or have a bad mouse slip yes, but this is rather unlikely. Otherwise not
Made an analyse why i think he is not cheating.

It is possible that the admin have more info about this player why he is banned d for cheating.

Look at a game of myself against an IM. (this is 960 so players can have 2700 blitz and 2100 960 rating)

Quality much better and still no cheating.
I will just assume that you suck at reporting people.

@dampooo I'd just like you to notice that it's possible those are not the games the player was banned for, or that, as you said, the mods have better info.

Another popular belief is that people get banned for the very last games they have played. While that could certainly be, it's also possible they get banned for whatever game they played on the site at whatever time.
