What is the likelihood of playing a 100% precision game? (or is it always cheating?)

I've been keeping an eye out for patterns of cheating, and while multiple games of 100% precision are almost certainly cheating, what about one 100% precision game alone?

I recently looked a 3+0 blitz game with 22 moves and one player has zero mistakes/innacuracies/blunders for 100% precision. I'm sure it can happen, but does anyone know how often this occurs during normal play?

Also, perhaps it should be reported so lichess admins can investigate further? I'm not sure.

✌ and chess on.
Sometimes you just play a great game. I've had a few games like that. I wouldnt report it unless there are other circumstances that make you think they were cheating. Like did they go offline for a few seconds on each move.
imo if anyone's opponent plays badly enough they can score 0 inaccuracies, mistakes and blunders- You don't have to be a genius to have high accuracy (at least in the case of a single game). So I would say this "100% accuracy" has the potential to happen fairly frequently based on the players' strengths. More suspicious is consistent move times (for eg 3 seconds for each opening and middlegame move regardless of complexity) and constant employment of strange and unexpected ideas/manoeuvres.
Also, in a 22 move game, there probably isn't enough scope for mistakes as compared to a longer game, say 60 moves.
Oh yay. A 1600 keeps an eye out for cheating. What could go wrong?

It's 100 % precision based on a very short analysis by the engine, meaning you should not expect ever a cheater to have 100 %.
@ShaneTrain this thing of going offline... some of us have weak network connections.. someone tried to report me cause my internet connection kept cutting off, its no indication of cheating of you go offline...
i Have some games below 3 centipawn loss against 900 rated players its now just about accuracy move times weird moves all count i guess
