@EmmettK You might have better luck in Lichess feedback. That said, I haven't seen anything that prevents a shared account, either on the signup page or in the terms of service.

To cover all your bases, I'd suggest putting something in the profile to indicate that it's a shared account. If I had to guess, you'd both be held equally culpable if either one violates Lichess terms of service so make sure it's with someone you trust!
