Is there a way to search members according to specific country??
There is a way, even though it's not perfect. Once I wanted to look for people from Korea. I went to "teams" and searched for "Korea" or "Seoul" etc. A lot of the team members are indeed from there. You could also try the word for "chess" in your desired language.
