When did you reach 1800+ rating ?

Took me only a week in my breaks to get to 1800+ but now maybe I won’t play chess :(
@Mrchess78
Congrats with your 1700 ! Persistence paid off.

Hello everyone, in my opinion the answer also changes according to the starting level. Over the years I have played a few official tournaments and since 2012 I have always been around 1700 fide. I have many books, which I have read intermittently, and have also taken lessons from an FM but with no apparent improvement. In some tournaments I played as a 2000 and in others as a 1500. Now I'm over 40 and I doubt I can improve a lot but here I read that many people take a few months to surpass my level starting as beginners and is quite depressing.

I have been playing on lichess for years and until 2019 I found it difficult to overcome 1800 blitzes, then I reached 1900 and almost reached 2000 a few days ago. In the bullett I struggle to keep 1800 because I play with my smartphone and for the same reason I play few games with longer times. In rapid I passed 2000 but I went down and now I'm at 1945 while for classic games I can't stay connected for that long and I'm under 1900 but I think I can improve this elo and reach almost 2000 if I focus on it. With the update the puzzle rating seems very inflated as I am easily above 2200 while I was 2000 before.
The other ratings also seem inflated compared to a couple of years ago.
Yet, when you were at say 1400 did you play against 1800 players to get more point for wins?
@Mrchess78 You are pissing me off even more now because I don't remember saying that I reached there in 3 months. I thought you were attacking someone else at the time but it was me. I guess 1700 is good because 1600 is where good chess starts. maybe 1700 in 2 years is not that bad now that I think about it more.

"Also you said you made it to 1800 in three months from scratch, then followed up with 'in reality, it could take two months to reach 1800 from nothing.'"
I reached 1800 3 months *AGOOOO*.

@xPhilosophusx you said that it's not the way I should say it. So I should lie? I'm a very honest stupid person. I can't do that. A better solution was for me to shut up and keep it in my head.
