Board editor black to play URL

When I share board editor position with black to play, the editor still states white's turn.

Steps to reproduce:

• TOOLS - Board editor
• White e2-e4
• Select "Black to play"
• Open URL from "URL" field down the page in new window
  https://lichess.org/editor/rnbqkbnr/pppppppp/8/8/4P3/8/PPPP1PPP/RNBQKBNR_b_KQkq_-_0_1

(Note: "b" in the URL apparently should denote black to play.)

Expected result:

• Opened URL page "to play" dropdown denotes "Black to play"

Actual result:

• Denotes "White to play"

The board editor links are for people who want to edit chess positions. If someone edits the board (even if their edit includes no changes at all) the analysis link works fine.

Why do some people link to the board editor when they want to show a position rather than have people edit something?
