Why in atomic king can't explode the other king resulting in a draw? (either directly eating the other king, or indirectly taking a piece next to him)

Why does Atomic blog it's like that, but in game it's doesn't do like that? ( Explosion )

You can't explode your opponent's king with your king because according to atomic rules, you cannot explode your own king.
