I believe, no one can get the essence of chess in bullet format. It is the waste of time, and does not make any scope of new learning. People play bullets for fun but its certainly the underestimation of chess. To be good at blitz and bullet format one first had to have played a lot of classical games and spend a large amount time in studies.
