Ng3 computer suggests

in this position and the 2 next moves Ng3 is best move with clear advantage for white... why is this move so strong? i saw during game that Bf5 is strong and i prevented it with g4 and computer said that after this move it is still advantage for me or equal game... i thought that after Ng3, what computer suggest me after game, my pieces will blockade each other, so thats why i didnt played that move... +2 or more said computer, but i cant see why? can someone help me pls to understand this evaluation pls :)
Well, I suppose that the main threat here for black is Bf5 changing the bishop pair, and taking advantage of the fact that the white bishop to be changed is the one on white squares is the same square colour as Black's isolated pawn, changing the bishop pair and especially the good bishop (the one that can attack Black's isolated pawn) is a good strategy, and the most correct way to avoid Bf5 is Ng3.
You have the bishop pair, there are a lot of unobstructed diagonals for your bishops to use. Therefore, they are good and you should keep them. Ng3 saves both bishops (doesn't allow ...Bf5 to exchange the light squared bishop, and doesn't allow ...Nh5 to displace the dark squared bishop). The isolated queen's pawn makes it even worse for black.

thats true its an advantage to have the bishop pair and black has one isolated pawn... during game i thought i should have advantage but computer showed me +2 or even +2.5... this surprises me bc i have no actual threat, the isolated pawn is well protected and bishop pair is an advantage but in this position i wouldnt say its worth +2.5 i would suggest its +1.5... :)) if i get the position once more on the board i will play of course Ng3 as soon as possible, but i have no idea how to convert the already won position... its not obvious for me what to do, nor why this position is an easy win :))
involve all of your remaining undeveloped pieces into the game, and improve the placement of already developed ones. Trading heavy pieces would be in your favor. Another plan is to block the isolated pawn with your own piece and then target it with your other pieces. I haven't calculated if after Ng3 playing Nh5 as white on the next move would allow a decisive attack, check it with the engine.

thx for your ideas :)
Also it prepares attacking possibilties. If black is not careful, after Ng3 - Qc1 the sac on h3 looks very dangerous. Black has a hard time to keep everything together. Lets say after the sac he blocks with Ne4, in that line you have the Nh5 resource.

I also think the other ppl have good points :)
