Recently this message appears on the link of the Swiss tournaments I organize. A player recently received a 24-hour ban on the grounds that she didn't play every match in the tournament. Actually she had missed 2 games. Is this a new LICHESS rule? Can it generate permanent ban? I ask you to detail the rules of this situation and, if any, the grading of punishments, ok? Grateful!
